This Refund & Return Policy governs any refunds or returns relating to products purchased from spartalabs.net (the "Site"), operated by Sparta Labs, LLC ("Sparta Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). It is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service (/legal/terms-conditions). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy (/legal/shipping-policy).
Because our products are research compounds whose integrity, storage, and handling cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except as expressly stated in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email below. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If we confirm the issue, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s). Do not discard the product or packaging until the claim is resolved.
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to the all-sales-final terms above.
If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal at delivery, or failure to meet eligibility or verification requirements, any refund (if offered at our discretion) will be net of original shipping costs, return-shipping fees, and any applicable processing fees.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed and to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
